Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be EEC Cleared.
• Must have completed or willing to complete Strong Start 2.0 training.
• Previous experience working with children or students in a school, special education, or classroom setting preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with instructional staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and supportive in challenging situations.
• Certified or willing to become certified in First Aide and CPR

Preferred Skills & Abilities

• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changing student needs and classroom environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the school day.
• Ability to assist students with mobility and classroom activities as needed.
• Ability to supervise students in classroom and community-based settings
