Substance Abuse Clinician Supervisor
Location: Greater Boston Area
Schedule: Part-Time | 1–2 Days/Week (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM preferred)
Hourly Pay: $40–$55/hour, depending on licensure

Arbor Associates is seeking a Substance Abuse Clinician Supervisor to join our short-term residential program serving second-time DUI offenders. This program focuses on structure, accountability, and long-term change—and we’re looking for a licensed clinician to help oversee and elevate the care we provide.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise a team of three Substance Abuse Counselors
Provide clinical oversight, chart reviews, and regular supervision
Facilitate 1–2 therapeutic group sessions weekly
Offer real-time clinical guidance and decision-making support on site
Ensure documentation and care planning meet BSAS and program standards
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Licensure required: LADC, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or equivalent (must meet BSAS criteria; a waiver may be possible for candidates with exceptional experience)
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is a must
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese strongly preferred
Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass all required background screenings
