Job Description
Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Providence, RI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Empower Infants and Toddlers Through Early Intervention!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine eligibility for early intervention services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and coaching to parents and caregivers in home and on-site settings.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to support speech, language, and feeding development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health as a Speech Pathologist.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
