Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Arbor Associates connects qualified clinicians with meaningful work in school and human service environments across New England. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in a specialized educational and residential program for children and young adults with complex communication and developmental needs.
Position Summary
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy to students ages 5–22 in both academic and residential settings. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess communication challenges, implement treatment plans, and support staff and families in addressing student needs through effective speech-language interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, clinicians, and caregivers
Support the implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
Train and coach staff in speech strategies and communication support
Document services and maintain clinical records in accordance with professional standards
Comply with ASHA Code of Ethics and maintain continuing education as required
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, full-time hours from 8 am -4 pm
On-site role located in Greenfield, NH
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current SLP license in New Hampshire (CCC-SLP preferred)
Experience in a school or residential setting preferred
Knowledge of AAC devices and communication strategies
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and related challenges
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
