Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  

Arbor Associates connects qualified clinicians with meaningful work in school and human service environments across New England. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in a specialized educational and residential program for children and young adults with complex communication and developmental needs.

Position Summary
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy to students ages 5–22 in both academic and residential settings. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess communication challenges, implement treatment plans, and support staff and families in addressing student needs through effective speech-language interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, clinicians, and caregivers

  • Support the implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems

  • Train and coach staff in speech strategies and communication support

  • Document services and maintain clinical records in accordance with professional standards

  • Comply with ASHA Code of Ethics and maintain continuing education as required


Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, full-time hours from 8 am -4 pm

  • On-site role located in Greenfield, NH


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current SLP license in New Hampshire (CCC-SLP preferred)

  • Experience in a school or residential setting preferred

  • Knowledge of AAC devices and communication strategies

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and related challenges

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
