Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Day Health Program
Location: Woonsocket, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No nights, weekends, or holidays)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care and health oversight for adult participants in a day program setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor chronic conditions
- Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including program staff, therapists, and families
- Respond to medical needs and ensure a safe, supportive environment
- Promote wellness, independence, and dignity for all participants

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in Rhode Island
- Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, geriatrics, or community health preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Compassion, patience, and a person-centered approach to care
