Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit a high volume of qualified candidates for temporary positions
- Utilize multiple channels including job boards, social media, and job fairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the hiring process
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in healthcare or human services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and time block
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience

This Recruitment Specialist role is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per-year position. The normal work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the company and our empoloyees. The base salary for this role falls between $50,000- 58,000 annually plus incentives.
