Hybrid Work Schedule & Compensation Regional Recruiter
Work From Home: Monday & Thursday
In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually based on experience, plus incentives. Incentives estimated on 10-15% of base, pending performance.
Key Responsibilities: Regional Recruiter
- Recruit and source a high volume of qualified candidates for temporary roles
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and job fairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client partners
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the hiring process
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow activity within the ATS
Job Requirements
1+ year of agency recruitment experience
Experience supporting high-volume hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Staffing agency experience is heavily preferred.- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once and maintain consistent outreach and follow-up to meet hiring demands—ideally within healthcare or human services staffing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners through professional, clear, and timely communication (phone, email, and text). - Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools
Comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems and utilizing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms to build and maintain candidate pipelines. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and time block
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for finding and engaging top talent
Enjoys networking, sourcing, and using creative strategies to attract and retain strong candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Internal drive and motivation to meet recruiting goals
Self-starter mindset with a sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivering results and exceeding performance targets. - Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and shifting priorities
Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to last-minute requests, changing staffing needs, and urgent placements while staying solutions-focused.

Human Resources Manager
Judith Saraf joined Arbor in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing HR functions and teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Plymouth State University and brings with her over 27 years of Human Resources related experience and knowledge working in the healthcare and hospitality fields. Judith has assisted companies streamline and implement HRIS systems, lead organizations through the shift to consumer driven health plans, executed talent management strategies including recruitment and retention initiatives and has many years of experience with internal employee and labor relations. She has a passion for employee engagement with creative programs and is one of many things she looks forward to bringing to the Arbor team. When not at work, she enjoys painting, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons. Judith also enjoys volunteering with “A Wish Come True” - a nonprofit that delivers wishes to critically ill children in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island.
