To keep up with our growth, we are looking to add a part-time On-Call Coordinator to our team. This function will play an important role in our company's processes, internal growth and overall culture. Our motto "The Source for People Who Care" applies to all who work here. 

Arbor is looking for a detail-oriented, customer service focused individual to join our on-call team.  All the technology required will be provided.  This is a 1099 position paying $125 stipend for weeknights and $100 stipend for weekends.

The On-Call Coordinator supports Arbor’s growing operation by providing excellent customer-service via phone and internet for Arbor's client and employee rosters to assist with scheduling needs.   Answer and respond to urgent calls regarding employee and/or client's immediate needs. Examples are employees who are lost or late to their assignments and clients who are in-need of immediate staffing coverage. Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with Arbor’s mission and values.

On-Call Coordinator responsibilities:

• Customer service, phone on-call support. Work 5pm EST -12am EST Friday and Saturday.  Occasional weekdays shift 5pm to 8am, weekends and holidays.
• Promptly respond to calls from Arbor’s customers and employees, triaging, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate follow-up to urgent matters.
• Use Arbor’s systems and software to properly document and communicate with Arbor supervisors regarding on call activity.
• Review staff timesheets and communicate with field associates about payroll deadlines and timesheet completion.
• Remote. Work from a home office, supplying a reliable internet connection.
• Respond within 15 minutes to urgent calls from Arbor Employees and Customers.
• Participate in necessary monthly company meetings, training, and supervision, as necessary. Arbor anticipates using web conferencing and web meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information, including that of customers and field staff.

On-Call Coordinator Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a customer service, office support, or scheduling role.
• Able to multi-task while retaining focus and quality of work.
• Work independently. 
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• You’re capable of relating to a diverse group of individuals. 
• Comfortable using MS Office, and other relevant software.

1099 Employee, Stipend $125 Weekdays/$100 Weeknights.
