Arbor Staffing is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and bilingual mentor to support educators within the Child Care Services Division. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and providing technical assistance to early childhood education professionals while promoting developmentally appropriate practices and compliance with EEC standards.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys supporting adult learners, and can effectively build relationships with educators from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
In this role, you’ll guide students through a transformative experience, helping them build confidence, independence, and purpose as they prepare for college, careers, and beyond. You’ll also support early childhood educators through mentoring, coaching, and professional development assistance.

Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance to early childhood educators and child care providers
- Conduct classroom and practitioner observations and offer constructive feedback
- Support educators with curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practices
- Model effective documentation practices
- Assist programs in understanding and maintaining EEC licensing requirements and curriculum guidelines
- Communicate strategies and resources tailored to various learning styles, cultures, languages, and preferences
- Support educators serving children with a wide range of developmental needs and abilities
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive working relationships

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum Education Requirements:
- CDA Holder, FCC Educator, or
- Group EEC Lead Teacher qualified with CDA experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education
- Experience providing mentoring, coaching, technical assistance, or training preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- EEC licensing requirements
- Core competencies
- Curriculum guidelines
- Developmentally appropriate practices
- Ability to effectively support and communicate with adult learners
- Ability to model documentation and best practices
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Must successfully complete all required EEC background record checks
