Job Description

- Lead literacy assessment efforts across the high school program, tracking and reporting on student progress.
- Design and implement individualized literacy support strategies aligned with student needs and pacing.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers across subject areas to integrate literacy goals into instruction.
- Maintain assessment records and communicate findings to the education leadership team.
- Support students in an alternative education model focused on hands-on, self-paced learning.
