Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
- Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Location: Barre, MA
- Employment Type: Contract
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
- Shifts: Mix of first and second shift availability
- Hours: Part-time or full-time hours available
- Pay: 40-45/hr
- Provide nursing care and support to students/residents in a residential treatment and educational setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
- Monitor and document health status, medication responses, incidents, and changes in condition
- Communicate with clinical, educational, residential, and administrative team members
- Support a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment
- Respond appropriately to medical needs, behavioral health concerns, and urgent situations
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow all applicable regulatory and facility standards
- Flexible first and second shift options
- Part-time and full-time schedules available
- Contract assignment with weekly pay

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Prior experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, residential treatment, school nursing, or special education settings is helpful
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and supportive in a structured behavioral health environment
- Reliable transportation to Barre, MA
