Bilingual Spanish Clinician – MAT/OTP
Arbor Associates is seeking a compassionate, master’s-level clinician to support individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment and recovery services. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping people navigate substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop clinical recommendations.
- Provide goal-oriented individual, family, and group interventions.
- Complete risk and crisis evaluations and take appropriate safety measures.
- Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, navigators, families, and community providers.
- Connect individuals with community resources and additional support services.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, referrals, and outcome documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, training, and evidence-based practice development.
- Maintain on-site hours and provide local clinic or clinic-to-clinic telehealth coverage when needed.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- License-eligible master’s degree in a relevant clinical field.
- Active license, such as LMHC or LICSW.
- At least two years of related experience in a mental health and/or substance use treatment setting.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and individuals with complex clinical needs.
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and technology skills.
- Working knowledge of community resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
