Arbor Associates is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a Pedicatric Program in Belchertown, MA. This program provides intensive residential mental health services for children, offering a highly structured and supportive clinical environment.
- Option 1: Friday & Saturday – Third Shift (Overnight)
- Option 2: Saturday & Sunday – Every Other Weekend, First & Second Shift Double
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric residents in a residential treatment setting
- Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, behavioral staff, and physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond to medical and behavioral health needs in a calm, professional manner
- Support a safe, therapeutic environment for children
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Location: Belchertown, MA
- Setting: Clinically Intensive Residential Treatment Program (CIRT)
- Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license (required)
- Previous experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current CPR/BLS certification
