Position Overview
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth within a structured and nurturing classroom environment. You will work collaboratively with families, staff, and leadership teams to create meaningful learning experiences while maintaining compliance with EEC standards and center policies.

Full-time schedules available based on center needs:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and engaging classroom activities
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development
- Supervise children during classroom instruction, meals, transitions, and outdoor activities
- Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive social interaction
- Maintain professional communication with families, coworkers, and leadership staff
- Observe, document, and report on children’s developmental progress
- Ensure compliance with EEC regulations, licensing standards, and center policies
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom culture that supports each child’s individual needs

Job Requirements
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Active EEC Teacher Qualification required
- Strong Start 2.0 training completed or willingness to complete
- EEC Certified and EEC Suitable required
- Current MMR documentation and up-to-date physical examination required
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education or daycare setting preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Passion for supporting the growth and development of young children
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks
