We are currently seeking dedicated Early Childhood Teachers for full-time opportunities at a reputable daycare center in Dedham, MA.

Position Overview

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth within a structured and nurturing classroom environment. You will work collaboratively with families, staff, and leadership teams to create meaningful learning experiences while maintaining compliance with EEC standards and center policies.

Full-time schedules available based on center needs:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and engaging classroom activities
  • Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development
  • Supervise children during classroom instruction, meals, transitions, and outdoor activities
  • Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive social interaction
  • Maintain professional communication with families, coworkers, and leadership staff
  • Observe, document, and report on children’s developmental progress
  • Ensure compliance with EEC regulations, licensing standards, and center policies
  • Foster a positive and nurturing classroom culture that supports each child’s individual needs

Job Requirements

Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Active EEC Teacher Qualification required
  • Strong Start 2.0 training completed or willingness to complete
  • EEC Certified and EEC Suitable required
  • Current MMR documentation and up-to-date physical examination required
  • Previous experience working in an early childhood education or daycare setting preferred
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of young children
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks
