We're placing passionate Early Education Assistant Teachers in a Montessori school in the Boston area, with openings across Infant/Toddler, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. The Role
- Infant/Toddler, Toddler, and Preschool classroom support
- Monday – Friday, part-time shifts available:
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Job Requirements
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for early childhood development
- Physical exam or physician's letter (required prior to placement)
- StrongStart 2.0 — or the willingness to earn it (we'll support you)
- Montessori experience or training is a plus, not a barrier

Human Resources Manager
Judith Saraf joined Arbor in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing HR functions and teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Plymouth State University and brings with her over 27 years of Human Resources related experience and knowledge working in the healthcare and hospitality fields. Judith has assisted companies streamline and implement HRIS systems, lead organizations through the shift to consumer driven health plans, executed talent management strategies including recruitment and retention initiatives and has many years of experience with internal employee and labor relations. She has a passion for employee engagement with creative programs and is one of many things she looks forward to bringing to the Arbor team. When not at work, she enjoys painting, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons. Judith also enjoys volunteering with “A Wish Come True” - a nonprofit that delivers wishes to critically ill children in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island.
