Reasons to Join Arbor

A weekend shift availability — Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM works for overnight workers whose weekend mornings are open after wrapping a Friday night shift.
$20.00/hr for work that matches the care and consistency you already bring to overnight roles — this is direct, relationship-focused support with adults who need a steady, calm presence.
Focused direct support work where your experience with overnight care, behavioral support, and personal hygiene translates directly into what this role requires.
Medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD/AD&D, and sick time available for qualifying employees.
W-2 employment with Arbor from day one — stable paycheck, real employer, no 1099 paperwork stacked on top of what you're already managing.
DSP | HHA | CNA | Caregiver | PCA — overnight healthcare or residential direct care experience? The skills you use every night are exactly what this role depends on. Two positions are open now.

Monitor health and behavior, document observations accurately, and communicate updates to program staff at shift end.
Foster a respectful, inclusive, person-centered environment that upholds dignity and individual preferences at all times.
