We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, household tasks, personal care routines)
- Support recreational, learning, and fitness activities
- Encourage independence and skill-building
- Advocate for individuals’ needs, preferences, and goals
- Assist with program planning and implementation
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow program guidelines

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in direct care or human services (DSP, CNA, HHA, Residential Counselor, PCA, childcare, etc.)
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping others
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete required trainings (CPI, MAP, Safety Care, etc.)
- Ability to pass background checks and lift up to 50 lbs.
