Direct Support Professional — Belchertown, MA

Full-Time | 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift | Residential Program

About the Role

Arbor Associates is seeking dependable, energetic Direct Support Professionals to join our residential team in Belchertown. In this role, you will support children ages 6–12 in a structured, caring environment — helping them build skills, navigate their day, and feel safe and supported.

This is a hands-on position that requires genuine commitment to working with children, comfort with behavioral support needs, and the physical ability to respond quickly when needed.

Schedule

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift positions available
Hours: Start and end times are fixed
Weekends: Required
Days: Some flexibility on weekday scheduling

Training Requirement: All new staff must complete site-specific training prior to working independently. Training sessions are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to attend.
