Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Adult Residential Program

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality care and support to adults in a residential setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to help individuals achieve greater independence while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
**Candidates must be able to pick up last-minute shifts and be willing to travel at least 40 minutes between various locations**
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed.
- Promote independence, community integration, and person-centered goals.
- Support individuals with recreational activities, appointments, and community outings.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
- Complete daily documentation, incident reports, and progress notes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and team members.
- Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to travel to various programs at least 40 minutes away
- Must be dependable, flexible, and available to pick up last-minute shifts.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- 6+ months experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks
