What You’ll Do:
 As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the cornerstone in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or mental health needs. You’ll provide essential care and create a supportive environment that fosters growth and independence.

Job Requirements

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or in roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, PCA, or similar.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as the role requires.

Human Resources Manager

Judith Saraf joined Arbor in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing HR functions and teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Plymouth State University and brings with her over 27 years of Human Resources related experience and knowledge working in the healthcare and hospitality fields. Judith has assisted companies streamline and implement HRIS systems, lead organizations through the shift to consumer driven health plans, executed talent management strategies including recruitment and retention initiatives and has many years of experience with internal employee and labor relations. She has a passion for employee engagement with creative programs and is one of many things she looks forward to bringing to the Arbor team.  When not at work, she enjoys painting, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons. Judith also enjoys volunteering with “A Wish Come True” - a nonprofit that delivers wishes to critically ill children in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island.
