What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide hands-on support to youth in residential programs and hospital settings. Overnight shifts require you to remain awake, attentive, and ready to respond to any needs that arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment throughout the night
- Monitoring individuals and responding appropriately to behaviors or needs
- Supporting routines, including overnight and early morning transitions
- Providing one-on-one supervision in hospital settings to ensure patient safety
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
Hospital Shift Opportunities & Expectations:
In addition to residential roles, we offer hospital sitting shifts, including overnight hours. These assignments require full attention and strict adherence to facility policies. Staff must be comfortable working without personal items (phones, books, etc.) and remain fully engaged and alert for the entire shift.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or in roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, PCA, or similar.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as the role requires.
