Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements:
- Personal Reliable Vehicle
- Valid MA Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Ability to pass background checks and driving record check
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in Direct Care in Human Services or a related field as a CNA, Residential Counselor, Home Health Aide (HHA), Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or similar position.
