Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Attleboro, MA
Setting: Adult Day Habilitation & Vocational Program
Pay Rate: $19- 21/hour
Start: Immediate

Arbor Associates is seeking a dependable and engaging Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in an adult day habilitation and vocational setting in Attleboro. This is a consistent weekday schedule—ideal for someone who enjoys structured programming, community-based activities, and helping individuals build independence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct support in a day habilitation and vocational program
  • Assist individuals with skill-building, job readiness, and daily routines
  • Support participation in structured activities and community engagement
  • Utilize Safety-Care techniques to maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Encourage independence, social interaction, and goal progression
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with team members

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Safety-Care Certification (required- we will train you!)
  • Experience in human services, day programs, or vocational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Ability to maintain structure while keeping clients actively involved
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
