Job Description
Arbor Associates is seeking part-time, per diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to cover mostly first and second shifts in Beverly, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Position Overview
This role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or mental health needs in residential settings. Overnight DSPs ensure a safe and stable environment during nighttime hours, providing care and support as needed.
Shift Type: Evening and Overnight (typically 3pm - 11pm or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Per diem, part-time – work when it fits your availability
Location: Beverly, MA
Setting: Group homes or similar residential programs
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support individuals overnight to ensure safety and comfort
Assist with bedtime routines, hygiene, and mobility as needed
Respond to any nighttime needs or emergencies calmly and appropriately
Perform light housekeeping and documentation
Promote a supportive, structured overnight environment

Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in direct care or human services (e.g., CNA, HHA, PCA, Residential Counselor, Caregiver)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
