If you’re the kind of person who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in helping others live fuller, more independent lives — this is worth a look.

We’re partnering with a highly respected residential program in the East Granby area that’s known for treating both staff and individuals with professionalism and respect. They’re looking for dependable DSPs who want more than just a shift — they want meaningful, consistent work where what they do actually matters.

What makes this stand out:

  • Competitive pay in a stable, well-run program
  • Strong team environment — no chaos, no guessing
  • Consistent scheduling (1st & 2nd shifts with weekends)
  • Hands-on role where you truly make a difference day-to-day
  • Opportunity to grow — both within this program and through Arbor over time

What you’ll be doing (high level):

  • Supporting individuals in a residential setting with daily routines and independence
  • Providing hands-on care and guidance with professionalism and respect
  • Being part of a team that values communication, structure, and reliability

This role does require comfort with hands-on care, and consistency is key — but for the right person, it’s a chance to step into a meaningful position with a program that has a great reputation and real stability.
