Clinician – Child & Family Services (LCSW or LMHC Required)

A mission-driven human services organization is seeking a dedicated Clinician to provide behavioral health services to children and families in a supportive, community-based setting. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about improving outcomes, strengthening families, and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting emotional well-being, development, and stability for individuals and families through evidence-based interventions and compassionate clinical practice.
What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Support children and families through individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate
- Deliver services that promote emotional well-being, development, and long-term stability
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and caregivers
- Ensure services align with a person-centered, strengths-based approach
- Uphold quality, service excellence, and ethical clinical practices

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active licensure as LCSW or LMHC (required)
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of related clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Valid driver’s license for community-based service delivery
