Clinical Supervisor – Substance Use Treatment
Arbor Associates is recruiting an independently licensed Clinical Supervisor for a well-established Massachusetts behavioral health organization with a statewide network of medication treatment and recovery programs.
This hands-on leadership role is based within a methadone clinic that combines medication treatment, counseling, and evidence-based therapies. You’ll develop clinicians, strengthen clinical quality, and remain connected to client care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians and counselors.
- Oversee caseloads, treatment plans, documentation, and clinical quality.
- Maintain a direct caseload of approximately 25–50 clients.
- Ensure compliance with DPH standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Support program operations, staff development, and quality improvement.

Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Independent licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LADC I.
- Three or more years of substance use treatment experience.
- At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
- Experience with substance use, co-occurring diagnoses, and Massachusetts DPH regulations.
