Case Manager – Behavioral Health & Disabilities
Location: Westfield, MA (serving Westfield, Springfield, and surrounding areas) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Opportunity
Arbor Associates is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs across the Westfield, Springfield, and surrounding communities. This is a full-time temporary position covering a leave of absence, with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
This role is hands-on and community-based — you'll work directly with clients in their homes and in the community to build independence, stability, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Support clients in developing and maintaining daily living skills
- Assist with housing stability and household management
- Coordinate and reinforce medical appointments and medication routines
- Provide budgeting support and financial literacy coaching
- Facilitate community integration and social skill development
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities using your personal vehicle
- Document progress and maintain case records in accordance with program requirements
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health needs, or in a human services setting preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance — client transportation is a core part of this role
- Comfort and confidence supporting individuals with complex behavioral or developmental needs
- Must be comfortable assisting with ADLs (feeding, toileting, and bathing)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a community-based environment
- Ability to pass all required background checks

- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time temporary (leave of absence coverage)

Human Resources Manager
Judith Saraf joined Arbor in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing HR functions and teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Plymouth State University and brings with her over 27 years of Human Resources related experience and knowledge working in the healthcare and hospitality fields. Judith has assisted companies streamline and implement HRIS systems, lead organizations through the shift to consumer driven health plans, executed talent management strategies including recruitment and retention initiatives and has many years of experience with internal employee and labor relations. She has a passion for employee engagement with creative programs and is one of many things she looks forward to bringing to the Arbor team. When not at work, she enjoys painting, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons. Judith also enjoys volunteering with “A Wish Come True” - a nonprofit that delivers wishes to critically ill children in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island.
