Job Description
- Understand the company’s strategies, strengths, service offerings, and processes
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities that serve to meet the company’s strategic goals for growth
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
- Develop and deliver comprehensive proposals for Arbor’s services to prospective customers, addressing their specific requirements
- Work closely and proactively with Recruiting and Operations teams so that resources are aligned
- Assist Operations personnel in our customer onboarding process
- Participate in sales forecasting discussions; develop and execute tactical plans designed to close budget gaps; meet revenue and development goals for the Assigned Territory
- Be active on social media for company branding and networking
Job Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in Business Development. Staffing, Medical, Human Service and/or Education fields are preferred
- Internally motivated and able to work independently towards defined goals
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple activities and projects, prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment
- An active listener with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ATS/CRM Applications)
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with access to a reliable vehicle to travel throughout Southern New England

His interest in human services began with a role at an elderly outreach program, which led to a career building and managing several staffing businesses, as well as becoming a top contributor in recruiting and business development.
