Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fall River, MA (Center-Based with Community Outreach)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday(40 hours/week) **not a set schedule
Employment Type: Contract

Position Summary

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality behavior analytic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise implementation of behavioral interventions, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments, including the VB-MAPP assessment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans based on data.
• Supervise and support behavior technicians and other clinical staff.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Deliver services in both center-based and community settings as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Proficiency in conducting VB-MAPP and other behavioral assessments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and clinical teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $43 - $45/hour
