We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Lawrence. Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Design, implement, evaluate, and modify behavior analytic services using data-driven decision making.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral support staff.
Partner with clinical, educational, and community teams to integrate behavior strategies within broader support plans.
Provide training and consultation to staff, caregivers, and families.
Participate in program planning while keeping documentation streamlined and efficient to minimize non-clinical burden. (emphasis added)

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.
Strong skills in assessment, intervention design, data collection, analysis, and collaborative consultation.
