Arbor Associates is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) for overnight coverage in a residential setting. This role requires someone who is alert, consistent, and comfortable providing hands-on support throughout overnight shifts. Please note: This position includes supporting personal care needs where client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to provide structured, hands-on support across both first and second shifts, including weekends. Please note: This position may involve supporting Male personal care needs where client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. If you’re reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on care environment, this is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do:

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Per Diem

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and deliveries.
- Schedule interviews and route employment applications to hiring managers.
- Provide clerical and administrative support including filing, copying, scanning, printing, word processing, and data entry.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, tracking logs, rosters, certifications, and operational records.
- Assist with maintaining program files, billing support documentation, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Support administrative processes such as intake, discharge, recertification, move-in/move-out documentation, and eligibility paperwork as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal departments, outside agencies, vendors, landlords, and community partners to support office and program operations.
- Track CPR/First Aid certifications and send renewal reminders as needed.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed in accordance with agency and program requirements.
- Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and organizational information.
- Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing hands-on support with daily living activities. PMT Certification is required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth ages 6–18.
- Assist with daily activities, skill development, and recreational programming.

- Follow program policies, behavioral support plans, and safety protocols.
- Transport youth as needed using agency vehicles or personal vehicle (if required).
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families when appropriate.
