What you’ll do:

• Support onboarding and orientation, delivering a welcoming and professional new hire experience
• Maintain compliance with background checks, certifications, and HR documentation
• Create and manage accurate, organized employee records and files
• Facilitate pre-hire training and ensure clear communication of expectations
• Act as a key point of contact for new hires, providing excellent customer service
• Assist with Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment claims, coordinating with carriers and employees
• Contribute to a fast-moving HR team by managing multiple priorities and projects

Schedule & Work Environment:
This is a full-time, Hybrid position based in a collaborative office setting. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with Monday and Thursday, work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday In our Southborough office with flexibility as needed to support business demands.

• Recruit and source a high volume of qualified candidates for temporary roles
• Utilize multiple recruiting channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and job fairs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client partners
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the hiring process 
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow activity within the ATS

Please note: This position includes supporting female personal care needs where client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. Available Shifts:

•  Second Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm - Weekend availability a must!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators
