What you’ll do:
- Support onboarding and orientation, delivering a welcoming and professional new hire experience
- Maintain compliance with background checks, certifications, and HR documentation
- Create and manage accurate, organized employee records and files
- Facilitate pre-hire training and ensure clear communication of expectations
- Act as a key point of contact for new hires, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment claims, coordinating with carriers and employees
- Contribute to a fast-moving HR team by managing multiple priorities and projects
Schedule & Work Environment:
This is a full-time, Hybrid position based in a collaborative office setting. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with Monday and Thursday, work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday In our Southborough office with flexibility as needed to support business demands.
