Full Cycle Desk Recruiter - Human Services, Medical, and Education

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of job orders through proactive outreach

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements for the Associate Recruiter Position:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or sales roles (preferred).
  • Direct experience in the human services or healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Office suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), internet, and social media platforms.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site five days a week at our Southborough office location.
  • Demonstrated strong skills in organization, time management, and effective communication.


Compensation package includes a base salary complemented by quarterly performance-based incentives and additional special incentive programs (SPIFs).

This is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per-year-position. The normal work hours are typically 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
